WHAT is STRICT 30 anyway?
Our Strict 30 menu aligns with other popular and effective 30 day ‘reset’ plans available. Basically, you remove all the foods that could have a negative effect on your health, for 30 days. Then, you slowly reintroduce those foods back into your diet to see how they affect you. The purpose is to be able to live a healthier life and make more enlightened choices.
The Strict 30 eliminates all grains, legumes, dairy, soy, and artificial sweeteners in keeping with the basic paleo principles, but also removes natural sweeteners like maple syrup and honey, carrageenan, sulfites, and alcohol. Be sure to avoid baked goods and “paleo-ized” junk food.
