Paleo 4 Life
I make my own Paleo cheese using a similar recipe so I was hoping this would be as good, but it wasn't. The texture is too much like soft jello that is about to fall apart. The cheddar flavor is good, however. My Paleo cheese recipe uses zucchini and carrots and the texture is like Velveeta and if I add more gelatin, it becomes even more cheese like. It also freezes really well without getting watery. Maybe POTG will tweak their recipe a little. :-)
