Shipping Insurance and Returns/Refunds

Paleo On The Go will not be able to provide refunds for perishable products, nor are we able to accept returns under any circumstance.

POTG Protection is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add POTG Protection at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. POTG Protection is the only way we can ensure replacement or refunds for packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Please note the following for each order covered by POTG Protection:
(1) Claims need to be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date
(2) Refunds via POTG Protection are only able to be processed through Paypal
(3) Replacements are available for damages equivalent to the value of $75 or more. Any damages less than that will qualify for a refund

Once your order is placed, you have until 3:00 PM EST the same day to notify us of any change or cancellation requests, and we will do our best to accomodate if your order hasn't been packed yet. After 3:00 PM EST, all orders have been shipped and are unable to be canceled or modified. Please make us aware of any changes as soon as possible. This makes it easier to ensure that your request can be facilitated.
