Receiving and Storage:
Must be received and stored frozen (up to 6 months). May be held refrigerated up to 3 days prior to reheating and consumption.
Thawing and Reheating Instructions:
Preferred Method Stove Top: Heat thawed product in skillet or sauté pan until hot (165°F). This will take approximately 5-7 minutes.
Microwave Instructions: Pull back film to vent and heat 2-3 minutes until hot (165°F).
Oven Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove film from thawed product. Place on a cookie sheet or tray in the middle rack of the oven. Heat for 10-15 until hot (165°F).
