The Strict 30 eliminates all grains, legumes, dairy, soy, and artificial sweeteners in keeping with the basic paleo principles, but also removes natural sweeteners like maple syrup and honey, carrageenan, sulfites, and alcohol. Also, this is not the time to recreate baked goods.
