Amazing!
I was a bit skeptical of how the zucchini noodles would taste at first since I had never tried them before, but this dish was absolutely incredible. The texture was great and the flavors were amazing! Top quality!

Delicious
I don't know how POTG got the pesto to taste like traditional pesto, but they did. If they ever offer tubs of just the pesto sauce, I'll be first in line to purchase. In the meantime this is a delicious, satisfying meal. The trick is to not overheat so the shrimp doesn't turn rubbery. I drain the zucchini noodles thoroughly so as to not dilute the pesto.

Yummy!!
If you like cilantro, this is perfect! It's not too overloaded with herbs but I could smell the cilantro in the pesto as it warmed up and my mouth instantly watered. Then the dish explodes with flavor and a big nutritional punch!!
