Must be received and stored frozen (up to 6 months). May be held refrigerated up to 3 days prior to reheating and consumption.
Thawing and reheating instructions:
Stove Instructions: Put about 1 tsp. of olive oil in a small saute pan. Saute thawed product for about 2 minutes until warm all the way through (165°F).
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Remove the plastic film from thawed product and place on a sheet tray. Warm in the oven for 15-20 minutes until hot all the way through (165°F).
Pull back film from thawed product to vent. Place in microwave for 2-3 minutes until warm all the way through (165°F).
