We did all the work, you can just enjoy this nutrient dense side dish. The small bits of cauliflower mimic the rice texture. Use it just like you would rice.

Packaging: 6 oz. per tray (Serves 1)

DIY Tip:

Use the grater attachment on your food processor to "rice" the raw cauliflower. Then saute it with onions and carrots.

Keep this on hand!
This is a staple in our house, goes with just about anything, and on its own is delicious too.

Please don't run out of this!
This is my new favorite side. I just ordered it for the first time and can't get enough of it. Great flavor and the texture is not mushy as another review stated. My favorite combination is eating this with the Elk burger (which I hope is restocked soon).

Interestingly delightful!
This one surprised me. I love cauliflower and was hoping the 'riced' preparation wouldn't make it mushy. I was very pleased with the taste and texture of this dish.

Fantastic
I LOVE having this with the pork/cabbage meal. Those three ingredients together make a hearty, comforting, delicious meal. Love that the cauli-rice has tallow in it, too. Extra flavor and energy. And the carrots, onions, garlic, and salt all add to it too.

Just ok
This riced cauliflower was nothing to get excited over. I had never tried riced cauliflower before and I have decided roasted cauliflower in coconut oil is much better! You get a lot more flavor out of roasted cauliflower than rice cauliflower. Unless of course you roast it and then rice it ;).

Would purchase a family size!
My husband and I both love the riced cauliflower. Well done and delicious. A great addition to a meal. Perhaps you can create a "family size" so we can heat up the whole thing and keep in the refrigerator to reheat throughout the week. My husband and I enjoy leftovers, since I don't cook every night of the week because we both work for ourselves and sometimes have to see clients in the evenings or use that time to work out.

Delicious!
It was really good, but I didn't follow the directions. Instead, I sautéed it until the water evaporated (that way it was more crispy and rice-like), then mixed it with asparagus. In my opinion, sautéed is the better way to go, but overall, the riced cauliflower had good texture and good flavor.

Way more flavorful than I expected
I am not normally a big fan of cauliflower rice, but this is truly delicious. Lots of flavor and very satisfying. It is a great side dish for practically everything, but my favorite is to enjoy it with the salmon. It also tastes good cold if you happen to be somewhere without a means to heat it up.
