DAVE ROHDE | FOUNDER AND CEO
Dave is the founder and CEO of Paleo on the Go, LLC (www.paleoonthego.com). He has chosen to live a paleo lifestyle after experiencing many years of suffering severe food reactions, chest pain, brain fog, stomach pain, chronic fatigue, and other various ailments. He pursued natural and conventional medicine treatments alike, and spent in the tens of thousands of dollars with little improvement. Learning about eating real food through a conversation with his Crossfit coach was the answer he was looking for. Dave quickly dove into as much reading as he could and realized that this “very different way” of eating made a lot of sense. Jumping right in with pretty strict compliance yielded pretty immediate results.
Fast forward to 2016; Dave is continuing to see improvements but is very much a work in progress. Although many of his symptoms have subsided; he is transitioning to the autoimmune paleo protocol to improve even further.
In February of 2012 Dave started Paleo on the Go in hopes of reaching out to as many people as possible who may be unnecessarily suffering like he had for so many years; to help as many people as possible improve their health and weight; and to provide the best tasting, healthiest, most convenient food possible.
Dave looks forward to doing more in the Paleo community along, supporting sustainable farming practices. and continuing to learn a lot more as his body and mind keep improving on the road to thriving health.
MARC A ROARK | CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
After years of working at major market hotel chains like Marriott and Hilton as a Food and Beverage Director and Operations Manager respectfully, then owning his own very successful catering company Marc Roark decided to move his family from Michigan to Florida. His mission was to find a more fulfilling and healthier quality of life in the sun.
Fulfilling and lifesaving is exactly what Marc got when he found Paleo On The Go. Shortly after Marc moved to Florida he was officially diagnosed with Lupus along with other autoimmune health issues such as Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia. Marc joined Paleo On The Go originally as an Operations Manager. He committed himself to learning as much as possible about the paleo lifestyle then started applying his knowledge to his life and those of his family members. Within a very short time, Marc started seeing great benefits from eating and living a paleo lifestyle. Currently, Marc is no longer on any medications and lives a pretty normal life with minimal pain and even fewer side effects from the autoimmune diseases.
As Marc’s health improved and he became aware that REAL FOOD is medicine, he saw an opportunity to help others struggling with health concerns with his knowledge. His passion for Paleo on the Go grew and so did his appreciation of the the company’s purpose. Sales, the overall growth and health of Paleo On The Go became even more important to Marc. In May 2015, he was promoted to the Chief Operations Officer of Paleo On The Go.

TAKARA FULLER | SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR
A proud Gator, Takara Fuller got her start in broadcasting and production at the University of Florida. Right out of college, she began her career as a producer for ABC News in Sarasota, FL. Shortly after, she also became a reporter for the station covering evening news segments. Her fun and lighthearted personality led her to change the pace from news to entertainment in 2008. She accepted a role as a producer for her favorite NFL team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This ultimately led to her contributing as a spokesperson for the team. After four seasons, Takara moved on to challenge herself with a corporate role as the multimedia producer for Grow Financial. Currently, Takara owns her own production company. TK Media Productions specializes in video promotions, photography, animation and digital advertising. She’s excited her business allows her to work with amazing companies and talented people in all roles. Takara truly believes in making visions come to a reality and prides herself and her work on fulfilling the goals of others.

ANN LOTTERHOS | CHEF/KITCHEN MANAGER
After a lifelong interest in cooking which began with a job in her father’s luncheonette, Ann decided to attend culinary school to gain more knowledge on cooking techniques. In 1994, she graduated from The Culinary Institute of America. Her first position out of school was with New York City’s 4-star, French American restaurant mastering many of the techniques popular in the 90’s. Chef Ann moved on to work in Maui at Roy Yamaguchi’s restaurant Nicolina. Here she had the opportunity to learn and perfect cooking Pacific Rim and Hawaiian cuisines. She’s no stranger to travel and Chef Ann has cooked delicious meals from around the world. She mastered Caribbean and Puerto Rican Cuisines while living and working as an Executive Chef at a resort in Puerto Rico. She’s also owned a Cajun Creole New Orleans Restaurant and worked as a private family chef.
"Cooking is more than a job to me. It is a passion. I collect and develop recipes and cookbooks as a hobby. I love experimenting with new ingredients and new cooking techniques. Working in a paleo kitchen has sparked my creativity and is giving me the opportunity to grow again as a chef."
DOUG ROHDE | ART DIRECTOR
Doug lives in Atlanta with his wife Valerie and his children Ryne, Benjamin and Anneliese. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Kennesaw State University, and EMT-Intermediate certificate from North Metro Technical college. Doug has been inspired by computers and graphic design ever since learning about it his mother's Mac Centris 610 when he was 10 years old.
He has always been interested in gardening and growing healthy foods for his family, and has 1 large garden, 1 medium sized mulch garden, and 4 large raised bed gardens. Doug loves to cook, and his garden provides fresh vegetables for the meals he creates, some of which have ended up on the Paleo on the Go menu.
Doug is sharing his passion for eating healthy by keeping paleoonthego.com up and running efficiently, and helping to bring healthy food options to as many people as possible.
KIM WYNN | SALES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
After working many years in customer service and sales, Kim has found that putting a smile on a customer’s face is rewarding and the fulfillment of her work. She credits her empathy towards others to her first job out of highschool which involved helping special needs.
She’s a star in customer service her experience comes from working with reputable companies as AT&T and Xerox. She then moved to direct sales by obtaining her Real Estate license. She has a passion for outside sales and loves connecting with potential customers and affiliates. As a young girl growing up with weight issues and being overweight she decided to become healthier partaking in sports turning her passion for food into a passion for good health. When the opportunity became available to join Paleo On The Go to assist customers make the Paleo diet a lifestyle, she was excited to be a part of the company. She looks forward to sharing Paleo On The Go with more people nationally and in the local community.

REX BURGOS | Shipping and Inventory Manager
Rex came to the company over a year ago as a packaging associate to a lead packaging clerk to an assistant and now to a department manager over shipping department in the company. With his experience with the fast pace of being a server for over 4 years he took those ethics and brought it with him anywhere he goes. Rex’s great attitude and “can do” outlook. He effectively delegates responsibilities to member of his team and is a example of demanding excellence while showing respect. Rex is a team player in many ways, he is supportive to his team and also very involved as well as completely engaged with his peers in the management team. Loving the Paleo and AIP lifestyle, he strives to make sure everyone is taken care of knowing how grueling the process can be with an AIP client.

ROY SWAILS | Bakery Manager
Roy Swails was like most southern teenagers taking their first job at a local fast food restaurant. From this opportunity, he developed an understanding of how the operation worked and decided to remain in the Food Industry. After 15 years of fast food management, he directed his talents to the mall environment. After managing a Cinnabon and several Great American Cookies locations for 18 years he found his love was baked goods.
Roy joined Paleo on the Go in September 2016 as the Bakery Manager preparing baked paleo goods that help many people with less than perfect health. With over 30 years of management experience, Roy brings to us extensive management skills and operational baking experience.
NIKKI COONTS | Packaging and Quality Control Supervisor
Not long after Nikki graduated from college and got married, she started having some health problems that ended with her being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Her first relapse was a doozy and she ended up being hospitalized. Before she would be released from the hospital, she had to relearn to walk, talk, and function as an individual. Though daunting, she was able to push through this episode of her life; thanks to the support from her new husband, and family. She made it a goal and a life choice that MS would not define her. Being a recent graduate and not wanting to sit around at home, she found a position working at donor tissue company. Her job included making medical products to help people in need. She decided that she really enjoyed knowing that she was helping others in need.
A few years later she and her husband were excited about what the future would hold as her husband made a career leap that would take them to the Tampa area from Colorado. For a short while, Nikki was able to get a lot of customer service experience in a few different fields. Upon chance, she was told about a position available at Paleo On The Go working in the Bakery, she could not wait to learn about paleo baking! After some health issues, she was unable to work in the bakery due to her heat intolerance with MS. After a short recovery time and with the patience of the Paleo On The Go staff, Nikki was transferred to the customer service department where she was able to continue her journey and help people. As she learned more about Paleo On The Go, she was able to move up to the position of Packaging and Quality Control Supervisor. She has finally found a place where she is excited to go to work in the mornings, and loves the challenges that she gets to work through every day.

EVAN WYSS | Digital Marketing & Brand Specialist
Evan Wyss is a marketing and branding strategist at Paleo On The Go. He was born in Saint Petersburg, Florida and attended the University of Central Florida majoring in Humanities and Spanish. During his time at University he became interested in the paleo diet after learning how gluten affected his health. After college, he moved to New York City where he worked at a small ad agency, focusing on developing brands for natural foods startups.
His passion for the real food lifestyle combined with his experience in brand and marketing make him the perfect addition to the POTG team.
CHRIS MCCORMICK | Creative Digital Strategist
Chris was born and raised in Southern California. After graduating high school he studied Graphic Design/Restaurant Management and worked for years in the Food & Beverage industry, dabbling in graphic/web design and blogging on the side. He is also an artist working in ceramics and digital manipulation. After many years he tired of working in restaurants and returned to school, receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Internet Marketing. It was during this period that a spur of the moment decision brought Chris across the country to live in Florida. And a position in the marketing office at Paleo on the Go soon followed. “Working here has opened my eyes to the ways we can heal our bodies with food” he says, “I am slowly changing my diet to reduce inflammation, lose weight and make me feel better overall”
