This is one of my favorites. It is really good over squash, zucchini, other veggies or riced cauliflower as a "Pasta" dish but my favorite is to add some Organic free range chicken stock to thin it out, and then add veggies and clams/scallops/white fish/ shrimp, any or all of the above, and turn it in ot a chowder. Sometimes I chop up fresh dill and/or thyme and add as well. LOVE this!!
