Do not over-heat! Our suggestion is to only thaw out the meal in simmering water if you have to. The preferred method would be to thaw in the fridge and heat outside of the bag in a small sauce pan. Especially be careful overcooking the kelp noodles. They are AMAZING but not when crispy.
