Receiving and Storage: Must be received and stored frozen (up to 6 months). May be held refrigerated up to 3 days prior to reheating and consumption.
Thawing and Reheating Instructions:
Preferred Method-Oven: Pre-heat oven to 325°F, remove thawed product from bag and remove film from tray Cover tray with foil and wrap tortillas in aluminum foil, place on cookie sheet tray on the middle rack of oven, and re-heat for 10-15 minutes or until hot (165°F). Sauce only needs to be thawed and served at room temperature.
Stove Top: Remove thawed tortillas and beef taco meat from bag and tray. Heat individually in two medium skillets stove top until hot (165°F).
Microwave: Remove thawed tortillas from bag and wrap in paper towel. Peel back film on thawed taco meat to vent. Heat tortillas separately for :30-:60 seconds in the microwave on high until warm. Heat taco meat on high for 2-3 minutes until hot (165°F).
Reheat using stove top, oven, toaster oven or microwave.
