What is included in Paleo on the Go meals:• Grass-fed beef and bison, pork, duck, venison, lamb, free-range chicken, turkey, organic vegetables and fruits, herbs and spices coconut oil, coconut aminos, coconut milk,coconut flour, arrowroot, clarified butter (ghee), almonds, cashews, pecans. What Paleo on the Go excludes: • Soy, wheat, barley, rye, corn, sugar, preservatives, rice, dairy, white potatoes, legumes, vegetable oils, flour, Portion Size Options:7 ounces of total vegetable sides will accompany each protein Regular, Alpha, and Elite entrée. Sometimes one or both sides (3.5 ounce each) will be included in the entrée. Other times you will get two separate packages of 3.5-ounce sides or one package of 7 ounces of vegetable side. The total weight of vegetable sides for our two family plans is 23-ounces and works the same way as the other meal plans.
“Regular” - Includes two of each of our 5 protein entrees selected each week in 5 ounce portions (totaling 10 proteins)
"Alpha Meal” - Includes two of each of our 5 protein entrees selected each week in 8 ounce portions (totaling 10 proteins)

“Elite Athlete” – Includes two of each of our 5 protein entrees selected each week in 12 ounce portions (totaling 10 protein entrees)

"Family Dinner" - Includes one of each of our 5 protein entrees selected each week in 15 ounce portions (totaling 5 protein entrees)
"Family Lunch and Dinner" -Includes two of each of our 5 protein entrees selected each week in 15 ounce portions (totaling 10 protein entrees)
Re-heating instructions:For stove top heating, heat vacuum sealed bags directly in simmering water until meal is 165 degrees (usually takes 3 to 5 minutes). Cut open each bag and serve.
If you prefer to remove the food from the vacuum sealed bags you can heat to your preference in a microwave, in a pan on the stove, or in the oven.
